The operation rule of a vacuum transmission system is that it must be direct and concise. The transmission hopper (feeding bucket) is usually a cone with a filtering device and a vibration device (or blowback device) inside. This feeding bucket sucks out the product from the storage bucket or mobile hopper through a long transfer pipe and brings it into the feeding bucket. When the bucket is in an overflow state, the vacuum system will automatically release it through a set program. The material will fall from the unloading valve due to gravity or be placed into the feeding bin through a pneumatic door opening mechanism. After the feeding bucket is empty, the vacuum system works automatically through a pre-set program, and the next cycle begins again.
Vacuum feeders are widely used in industries such as medicine, food, and fine chemicals. Vacuum feeders have been developed for decades abroad. The application in our country is only in recent years. With the development of vacuum feeder technology, two major series of vacuum feeders have emerged. The electric pump vacuum feeder uses an electric pump as a movable gas source, which is more suitable in situations where there is no large compressed gas source.
Furthermore, the pneumatic pump vacuum feeder uses a radio frequency vacuum generator as the power source. If multiple vacuum feeders are needed in a factory or workshop, a larger compressed air source is required. Therefore, when choosing a vacuum feeder, different vacuum feeders should be selected according to their own conditions.
